In DESPERATION, a player may fling themselves into the swing.. Do anything it takes to get the barrel down to the ball. The BEST HITTING DRILL -EVER,.. teaches the player..even out of desperation, you can still KEEP THE BARREL IN THE STRIKE ZONE.. It just needs to be practiced and memorized!
